(this is in the date format so we can add several records, but the process is the same..just click the ADD button to add your test information. 
Don't forget to add the "Date Ending" above the editbox..or it won't work!!

  Caution:  Do NOT ever use DELETE BUTTON!!! 
It will remove the record from the table permanantly and mess up the numeric id. 

You really only need to use the           1.  CHANGE  button(to edit any text), most pages

                            Exception                      2.  ADD button (to add a new record such as new event )
                          * usually used only on the Date Sensitive formatted page, which removes an event once the date passes.

 

Once you are comfortable with this.  We do have a "pdf uploader and and "image uploader...you can add these to your site.  Not hard, just a different animal.  So when you come to that point, let us know and we can help.

Now just get in there and enjoy!  If you are nervous, just copy the text on there now onto a notepad in case you need to get it back....but really just do it!

Actual Instructions:

(1)  Click link ..the link is open to the table that shows all the records on a table.

(2)  click on ADD to add a new record
       or   CHANGE  to make changes to information already there.  If there is more than one record in the table, make sure you look in the left column and choose the right record to change by clicking in the little circle O with a green dot in it. 
 This chooses the right record...then click CHANGE...

(3) it will open up a new box to edit/change (the “editbox”) the information.  This looks similar to Word with all the icons at the top.  You can mouse over them to see what each icon does.  Many you will never use, but you can Bold, change font type and size, link a website, etc.

(4) Either Type directly in the box or PASTE in a document that you have on your computer harddrive.  ex:  a word document  Now, you CAN delete the text information to update.

Note:  Pdf's are uploaded with a pdf uploader...for like minutes,  articles, etc..then you link them on the php page you want them on.

(5)  when you have adjusted text how you want, click SAVE.  That is it!
