You and our chef can sit down and design your very favorite entree.
Our
chefs are trained from the New England Culinary Institute and Paul
Smith's College
and take enormous care in the preparation and presentation of each and
every meal.
A Vermont meals tax of 9% will be added to the final bill along with a 15% service charge.
